No. Profile data, site rules, settings, and activity counts are stored in your browser’s local extension storage. The extension does not contain analytics or an application-data API.

Yes. Export a readable JSON backup from settings, then import it in another OneClickFill installation. Treat the backup as sensitive because it contains your profile values.
