1. Data stored by the extension
OneClickFill stores information you choose to enter in the browser’s local extension storage. This may include named profiles, contact information, addresses, professional information, reusable messages, custom fields, site-specific fill or skip rules, preferences, and recent fill counts.
Recent activity stores only a site hostname, profile label, time, and detected/filled/skipped counts. It does not store the contents of the form you filled.
OneClickFill version 2 does not store, generate, or fill passwords, payment information, or one-time codes.
2. Access to web pages
The extension uses the browser’s activeTab and scripting capabilities after you invoke it from the toolbar, keyboard shortcut, or context menu. It examines eligible form elements on the current website to calculate matches and apply your selected profile.
It does not submit the form. Password, payment, one-time-code, CAPTCHA, file-upload, search, promotional-code, and consent-related controls are excluded from filling.
3. Extension network behavior
The extension does not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, remote AI model, application-data API, or remote executable code. Profile values and form answers are not transmitted to Growth Maker by the extension.
Your browser, operating system, installed security software, or the website containing a form may independently process information under their own policies. OneClickFill does not control those systems.
4. This website
The marketing website may be served by a hosting provider that records standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time for security and reliability. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive normal request metadata when your browser downloads those files.
The current website contains no OneClickFill analytics, advertising pixels, account system, profile upload, or form-answer collection.
5. Your controls
- Edit or delete any profile in extension settings.
- Remove individual learned fields and re-enable disabled sites.
- Clear recent local activity.
- Export a readable JSON backup.
- Delete all OneClickFill local data from the settings page or by uninstalling the extension.
Backups contain the profile information you entered. Store and transfer them as sensitive files.
6. Security
Browser local storage is isolated to the extension but is not a substitute for full-disk encryption or a dedicated secrets manager. Protect your operating-system account and browser profile. Do not place passwords, payment data, government identifiers, or other secrets in custom profile fields.
7. Policy changes
This policy may change when OneClickFill’s features, hosting, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact channel published at growthmaker.fr.
